“Flo & Fleur,” the new neighborhood in Liebefeld/Köniz, was completed in November 2025 and subsequently fully rented out. In three construction phases, six buildings with 279 modern apartments were created, offering tenants a beautiful new home.

The 1½‑ to 5½‑room apartments feature practical floor plans for individual furnishing, while good lighting conditions ensure a harmonious spatial atmosphere. Attractive, differently designed courtyards invite relaxation and social interaction.

On the ground floors along Könizstrasse, around 1,000 square meters of commercial space was realized for uses such as a double kindergarten.

The new neighborhood also convinces in terms of sustainability:

around 80 percent of the energy required for the operation of the property comes from renewable sources such as the PV systems on the roofs of the buildings. A special highlight: the development includes an electric vehicle that can be conveniently booked via app.
