In the intact surroundings of a former manor house "Kaltenbrunnen" in Eiken AG, an appropriate multi-family housing development with 3 multi-family houses was built, consisting of a mix of owner-occupied and rental apartments connected by the underground parking garage.

The special feature of this project in new hybrid construction was to collaboratively develop sophisticated detailed solutions with the main players, the builder and the timber construction (facade), and to coordinate the extensive material connections operationally and in terms of scheduling with the trades.
